How to Submit External CEU’s
with SoftWash Systems Academy Online
Step by Step Guide
This is a step by step guide to help you submit any credits that you have obtained either through SoftWash Systems, or an outside source. Please note, the amount of CEU’s you can enter vary based on what type of class you attended. .
1. Login to SoftWash Systems Academy
Login to your account on SoftWash Systems Academy Online by going to the following website and entering your information.
Once you are logged in, please click on the Dashboard to take you into your loaded courses.
To add external CEU’s, please click on the Actions button in the top right of your screen.
4. Add External Credits
A menu will dropdown, providing you the options to Add External Credits. Click this option
5. External Credits
The External Credits page will load, and you will be prompted to fill out the form you see below. You will be required to fill out the following areas.
- Number of Credits
- Select from the dropdown, type of activity.
- Please provide a description to let the Admin know as much information as possible about your request.
- Enter the date you completed.
Once you have the completed the above steps. Click Submit for your request to be approved by an Administrator.
Once you click on Submit, one of the Administrators will receive an email alerting them that you have made a request for External CEU’s. Once the admin has approved the request, you will receive a message in the Academy Online letting you know it was accepted.
