Have you ever noticed how different your family and friends can be from you? What about team members or colleagues? Have you ever said the same thing to two people and received two totally different reactions? How can saying the same words produce such different results? Each person “heard” you differently based on his or her personality style! You said the same thing, but what they “heard” was different.
A simple key to get more results from your team while having more fun and less stress.
Different is not bad, it is just different!
A lack of understanding of ourselves and others can lead to real problems such as tension, disappointment, hurt feelings, unmet expectations, and poor communication. As you know, it is hard to work with a problem, especially if you do not understand what is going on inside the mind of another person.
The good news is that there is a simple key to understand how people behave and how they are motivated. In this half day workshop, you’ll learn how to unlock the mystery behind developing the skills you need to better relate to prospects, customers and team members. You will be able to use what you learn in this program to reduce conflict, improve productivity, and relate with others more effectively. Better yet, bring your team members along and walk away with a stronger appreciation for how you can best work together to get the results you really want.
We will use one of the most accurate tools available for DISCovering your personality style. We call the concept the DISC Model of Human Behavior. Many behavioral models focus on what is wrong with a person to identify “personality disorders.” The DISC model is based on normal behavior, not abnormal behavior. DISC is a “wellness model” that is objective and descriptive rather than subjective and judgmental. Therefore, DISC is a practical way to understand yourself and those around in the common settings of everyday life.
This special half day workshop is facilitated by Whitney White, who has been in small business for over 10 years and is a Certified Human Behavior Consultant. Whitney has a degree in Business Management and also an MBA with an Accounting specialization.
This workshop will help you be a better leader, a better marketer, a better salesman, and a better family member.
At SoftWash Systems™ we are constantly working to deliver real value to you so that you become more impactful in life. To that end, join Whitney for this fun session and, best of all, you and your team will walk away better equipped to lead and succeed!
